Great place with free Wi-Fi, tv, and an electric kettle. I remember how staff helped me print tickets on my first stay. I look forward to coming back for Christmas!

Recently renovated, modern rooms provided with a chair or a wardrobe, the most comfartablest bed, water bottles. Delicious and great breakfasts, with extra toast, all important HP brown sauce, jams.

The breakfast with extra toast and jams, as example is delicious and great for what is offered.

The toiletries were thoughtful, but the shower was a bit small for comfort.

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the perfectly cooked bacon. Adam and Dave's warm hospitality and attention to detail made our visit feel special.

We loved how close we were to the Central Pier and Sea Life Blackpool, making our weekend strolls super easy and enjoyable while also experiencing the warm hospitality from the owners, who really made us feel at home with their excellent service and comfy rooms.

We just returned from a perfect stay! The full English breakfast was the best, and the room was immaculate with the comfiest bedding. We can't wait to book again next year!

great stay but minor improvements needed

The hosts created a homely atmosphere. The breakfast was superb, especially the custom dish for my son. I appreciated their attention to detail and friendliness.

The check-in process could be more streamlined.

The room was lovely and clean, and the location was great, right between the tower and other attractions. Breakfast was always well-cooked and served hot. What stood out was how dave and adam, always with a smile. They even went out of their way to help me when I had a little issue with my scooter, which I appreciated.

We had an awesome time at this lovely spot, especially when they saved us a parking space upon our late arrival and offered complimentary bottled water in the room. The sun terrace was perfect for lounging in the evenings and the relaxing TV room made our stay feel extra cozy. Honestly, the breakfast could be a bit better in quality, but that's just me being picky. overall, I totally recommend this place! 🌞

A cozy spot with fab breakfast!

I stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The hosts, Dave and Adam, were super friendly and made breakfast really enjoyable. The room was comfy and had all the essentials. Only thing was the limited parking, but it's a small issue for such a good stay.

This stay blew my previous visits to blackpool out of the water. Adam and dave were cute, going above and beyond with their hospitality. The freshly cooked breakfast, especially the bacon, was a standout and the room was clean and comfy.

wi-fi connection was spotty at times.
